I'm excited to announce I'll be participating in Cabaret Scenes Magazine's International Cabaret Festival on February 21, 2016, returning to my cabaret birthplace in New York City: Don't Tell Mama. My own original electropop tunes will undergo cabaret transformations (materializing in French and German), alongside the music of Kylie Minogue, Hans Eisler, The Supremes, Kurt Weill and Friedrich Hollaender, in my neo-Weimar fantasia, "Morphium."
Conjuring the glitter, doom, and decadence of 1920's Berlin, Morphium will appear alongside programs by the marvellous Gay Marshall, and Catherine DuPuis at Don't Tell Mama (343 West 46th Street, NYC), 6:30PM, $20 (two drink minimum).
